Would like to rent a classic VW bus, for a road trip with my girlfriend. Not sure if this is possible, but I figure its worth a try. I live in San Diego, CA so anywhere in the central to southern half of the state, would make it easy to pick up. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Sept. 28 is VW DAY at The Larz Anderson Museaum of Transportation 15 Newton Street, Brookline,MA. VW clubs, cars, lots of camper & window vans gather. I'm sure one of these club members would rent to you. Also try ads in VW magazines at Barnes & Noble, Borders,etc.

Hey Michael! I'm down in Florida, and I would really like to rent a VW bus, mainly for one event, however depending on the price, I would like to rent it to go on a little roadtrip. Would you be able to tell me what kind of Buses you have, as well as the prices?! Thanks!

My parents had a VW bus back in the sixties. My Dad's 99th birthday is on October 10th, 08. They live independently in Vero Beach, Florida. Dad still drives! If we could rent a VW bus around that date, we would pick my parents up and take them for a picnic at the Marina or the beach. It would be my Dad's and Mom's extreme joy, as they have both wished to do it. Thank you. Lorry Sutherland
