Looking for a 1979 or older, stick shift, pop top VW that sleeps 4. It needs to be in excellent conditon with a strong motor (near 200 HP) with a strong suspention so as to travel with 4 adults and a trailor hitch towing system in the rear so as to pull band equipment in a trailor. Water cooled would be ideal, and/or a good interior heating system. Spare tire mounted on the front securely so as to mount a bike rack on the front spare tire. Sink and stove and fridge not needed, interior room is more important. If this is not available, which I most certainly suspect, point me in a direction of where to get the body, parts and service to build it.
