Fresh water stopped up Kay 1-29-08
Just bought 2004 R-VISION TRAIL LITE M8307S. I cannot find how to drain fresh water tank. AND the line from the tank to the pump appears to be stopped up.Cannot blow or suck on it. Any ideas? The pump works (took off and tested) and city water work.
Thanks
Kay
Re: fresh water stopped up John Newman 1-29-08
I had the "finding the drain valve" problem for my 95 Shasta C. The filler is in the LH side of the rear wall of the unit with the drain outlet near and under the floor, so I figured the tank was just inside from there...and it was. However, the tank was under the queen bed and under the part that did not lift up. Had to pull up a plywood cover to access the tank, drain valve, pump and plumbing. I did reconfigure the cover so I can move the mattress, remove a couple of screws and raise the hinged section for access to all of the above.

This is my 4th RV (1 trailer & 3 motor homes) and the first with the drain valve located inside...the others just stuck out the side?

Good luck finding your problem,
