HELP!!!!!I need some advise on replacing the short hose between the water pump and oil cooler on a 1993 Ford 460, E350, class C motor home. There is not enough room between the pump and cooler pipe to reinstall the hose. It appears that the pump will have to be removed or has anyone cut part of the oil cooler pipe off? We used to have to shorten the bypass hose pipes on FE motors to install new bypass hoses.
I have the same issue on a 1994 F350. I think the part store gave my a universal hose. Did you find the key to replacing the short lower hose? please email me at waldmanc@aol.com
THANKS!
I have the same issue on my 1994 F460. Did you find a replacement short hose? The problem is the out from the cooler is 1-3/4" and the inlet to the water pump is 2".
If you found a new hose please advise me where, or another solution.
Thanks
Jack
