Post New Message I recently purchased a 1987 Playmor travel trailer with a Dometic Model 2400? gas/electric refrigerator which doesn't work. It makes gurgling sounds in electric or gas mode, but does not cool at all. Unit is clean and undamaged otherwise. Is it worth repairing/replacing the cooling unit?
Dealer wants about $450 plus 3 hrs labor @ $89/hr. I'm pretty handy and would consider doing myself if worth it.
