Where can I call to order an Imperial Fan Clutch W/90%lock-up that will fit on a 87 Econoline frame Class C. RV with a 460 Ford engine. I tried all the local parts stores.

Where can I call to order an Imperial Fan Clutch W/90%lock-up that will fit on a 87 Econoline frame Class C. RV with a 460 Ford engine. I tried all the local parts stores. I just got off the phone with a techicial from Imperial. He said that the Imperial Fan clutch #2152052 that is recommended for this engine is just a standard duty thermal fan chutch.He said that Imperial doesn't offer a heavy duty fan clutch for the 460. Can someone tell where I can order a Heavy duty or Severe duty fan clutch for my RV.

I just went thru all that process to get a severe duty fan clutch for my 1996 F-350 with the 460. Hayden shows their #2799 to be the severe duty model, and can be bought at Pep Boys. The Imperial model you mentioned is the same as the Hayden, since they're both made by Hayden. Confused? At any rate, I bought the Imperial at Advance Auto Parts and it never locked up, regardless of temp, even when towing my 10,000 lb. fiver up major hills. Back to ground zero, may have to go to Ford.
