We have a 95 Jayco Eagle series and the water heater is not heating well. There is also a leak from the water heater outside that is a constant drip. Is this normal? What can I do?

Check flame..should be a nice blue and white...may have dirt or spiderweb in tube. Where is drip..if in drain plug use sealer..if out of pressure releaf open and shut manually a few times with water hook up..or replace We have a 95 Jayco Eagle series and the water heater is not heating well.
