Without warning or slowly going out,my clutch squeels and won't engage in order to shift gears. i heard there was some sort of adjustment for this, true? and where is this located?
Take a look at the firewall by the brake booster. If you see what looks like a small version of you brake master cylinder, then you have a hydraulic clutch. The only thing you can do is add fluid and check for leaks; there is no adjustment.
If you do not have a hydraulic clutch, then the cable that moves the clutch is adjustable down by the bell housing. Free play (how much the throw out fork moves without touching the cable) should be about 15mm.
