110 volt leads on 4000 Emerald Plus John 6-25-06
I can't figure out where to connect my black "LOAD" lead. It was disconnected when I got it (used).

Ok Im not following you,
If the lead is coming out of the generator then it gets connected to the ac cord that leads from the genset. usually this cord is in a metal conduit.just lightly pull the white lead out till you see the black lead. and connect it..

Did you get your problem fixed? I gust bought a 4000 emerald plus generator. I could send you a picture of where my leads are conected if that will help you out. Also I think that I,m missing a mount on the exhause end. There is a place for two bolts but no rubber mount. Can you help me with this?
