The type of refrierator you have is uses ammonia as a cooling gas. Generally the fix is remove the refrigerator from the vehicle and set it down upside down for 24 hours. I know it sounds weird but it has to be 180 degrees from it's normal installation. All the ammonia settles in one area on the fridge away from the heat when not used for an extended period of time. Heat causes the ammonia to expand and circulate thereby providing a cold fridge. The way to prevent this from happening in the future is fire it up for unitl good and cold then shut if off.

Don't forget to shut of the gas at the supply tank before disconecting from the fridge.

Safety first.
