I have a Mohen one handle bathroom faucet that runs at a slow pace even when I turn it off, use to be able to turn it off when I turned it to the hot side, now that even does not work....I am a single mom renter and want to fix myself....please help.........

There are replacement cartridges that go inside the unit available at hardware stores. The ones I've seen have step-by-step instructions. If you can turn off the water supply, remove the cartridge by removing the handle (by prying off the center cover and removing the screw) then remove the clip that keeps the cartridge in place and pull out the cartridge. Take it with you to the store to get the correct replacement.
