Water line check valve (to Joe) | Paul | 3-14-03 |
The tank is a metal one and both of the lines go to different locations on the tank and seems to be the way it has been for many years but who can tell. There is no other water connections on the outside of the coach. This is in a 1985 Country Coach 38 DP. How are other motor homes set up?

It sounds like yours was one that used an air compressor to pressurize the water tank. In that case, you should have a sealed cap for the water fill with an air valve and gauge on it. Other ones use a plastic tank and a water pump.

Some models had a valve on the incoming water connection that you could divert the water to fill the tank. In the other position, the water went on the other side of the pump to supply the coach with water. |
