Define Loose?

If a suspension rod came loose, as in fell off.... maybe. If he didn't realize he had a problem until contact.... OK but a sudden swerve would need a brake application or a bump or such.

As too 5 foot scrape, yes I can see that, I pushed an old, rusty BMW 5 Series about 8 feet at idle in reverse one night.

Got lucky on that one as my Boss heard that the owner was bragging his uninsured car was getting paid out because of his careful and intentional hidden parking job. Got written up for a minor rather than serious backing incident.

Anyway. Not enough evidence to call him on it unless there is more info to be had.
