Oil Chris Berger 1-25-03
I have a 1999 F150 Lariat with a 5.4L with 69000 miles on it. I was wondering if changing to a Motorcraft Synthetic would be a benifit, or bad idea? I have read pros and cons on both. I have used Motorcraft conventional oil in it ever since new.
Re: Oil buck 1-25-03
It is a long debated subject an my opinion is this,if you change your oil regularly, synthetic isnt worth the money,if you wait the extra time to change it you get your moneys worth,a full synthetic oil they say can go 20,000 miles between changes but you should still change the filter every 3000-5000,i stay with regular oil and change it every 3000 miles
