WIRE FOR TACH Dan Mooney 1-14-03
I am trying to install a tach on my 1994 Bounder with a 454 Chevy. I dont have any wire diagrams and am not sure which wire at the coil to splice into. Mine has a distributor. Can someone tell me which color wire to hook the tach too? Thank You.
Dan.

Look around the bottom edge of the distributor cap, you should find a recess marked "tach" with a blade type slide connector up inside of it.

If there in not a connector for tach, it's the neg. terminal of coil and the other wire to ground.
