Rv furnace issues and question Bryan Boelkens 4-27-17
Hi, I am a full time rv'er and have some issues with my rv's furnace. The outlet is black and outlet air smells like something is burning, smells like burnt plastic. The air flow seems like it is not as strong as it once was. Also a burning smell from inside air. Do these furnace,s have/need a return air? I know it is spring time but here in Great Falls, MT it is still cold.

Something is bad wrong.

There is a return air grill somewhere right near your furnace

Sounds like one of your plastic blower wheels failed and plastic fan blades are inside the heat exchanger.

Furnace needs to be removed, torn down, cleaned and repaired.

Good Luck
