Contact Duotherm for part # and either shipping it to you or for a dealer in your area.

It would be cheaper to replace the whole furnace. We buy ours from a supplier in Indiana that will sell to you directly. If you are interested, I'll give you their 800 number.

I would have to agree. If its rusted out, there could be other problems with the unit. A life, isnt worth a short cut, from an exploding furnace.

Furnace pilot comes on and stays on strong, but the unit will not fire-up into heating mode. All looks well, what's wrong - some switch, or...???
|Duotherm Camper Furnace Model 66117||Matt||9-15-15|
I just bought a 1989 Scamper truck camper with a Duotherm Model 66117 furnace.
I can't get the furnace to light.
The gas supply valve to the control valve is turned on. I turn up the thermostat (external) and the fan turns on, I can hear (and see through the viewport) the small sparks from the igniter for about five seconds, and I smell a little gas. But the furnace doesn't ignite. After 10 seconds or so delay, the igniter sparks again, I smell gas again, but it still doesn't ignite. After this (two ignition cycles) nothing else happens other than the fan just stays on. So it's getting propane, it's getting a spark, why isn't it igniting?
Also, to make sure there was fresh gas in the lines, I ran the stovetop for quite a while first.
