Generac generator James 9-7-02
Does anyone know where I can find parts for a 1976 generac generator? The rectifier assembly is bad and I'm told they dont manufacture them anymore.I live about 40 miles from Abilene Texas.Surely I won't have to bury it.

Have new Guardian 5500. It cranks but only starts about twenty percent of the time. Runs fine after it starts. Anybody else have this problem. It is in a Gulfstream sun Voyeger 2005.

You can try Arizona RV Salvage or other salvage yards. Good luck

How do you charge a generac generator, It runs but doesn't have electricty at the outlets 120 or 220. It sat for a couple of years

Rectifier assembly ?

for the battery charge back circuit ?

disconnect it.. tape the wires..

plug a battery charger and hook to the house batteries

2 diodes for the battery circuit are the only heavy diodes in the control

or are you talking about the voltage regulator, which controls the output AC power..( this is NOT a rectifier )
