|I just bought a 1998 Coachman and the engine is loud not a muffler or tail pipe the sound is coming from the engine and transmission. Is there some safe way to sound proof the engine cover???? The engine is not loud just in park.|

|There is a product called DYNAMAT.|
Available through Amazon and most auto parts stores that will help out on inside the cab surfaces.
Common issues for your problem are poorly piting engine covers, poor or missing weather strip and poor design.
All older "Cab Over" class A motor Homes suffer from noise, once you have sealed the cover up thats pretty much how they are.
