Furnace: Suburban nt35-k Troy 1-11-16
Furnace will only light when I partially close off intake air from the outside. Will only stay working if I continue this closed off. When I take inside cover off furnace I am getting a lot of cold air coming through and over the top of furnace. Closest air vent I am getting warm air when everything Is closed but furthest vents gets cold air. Flame is blue. New gas valve and sail switch was installed.

Making a guess: The heat exchanger is cracked or broken. 45% chance. Very dangerous. Remove furnace inspect Heat exchanger inside and out. If the inside is damaged or rotted out it will cause hot spots and eventually carbon monoxide inside the RV.

Next is a bad burner. Remove furnace, Remove cover and inspct burner. 45% likely

Then comes a whole bunch of stuff including incorrect LPG regulator pressure. Check this first, its quick, easy and cheap to fix.

Good Luck
