These furnaces are considered a bad Idea by most RV technitions. Complicated, trouble prone and the some of them have bad heat exchanger cracking problems. We usually don't fix these we recomend changing to the Basic 8500 IV furnace appropriate for the application.

The diag:

3 blinks 3 second pause. Ignition Lock out.

So it did not light in three trys and the board shut it off.

1st did it light? If it did light and the board did not sense the flame.
To repair use a high pressure blow gun to blow out combustion chamber through the exsaust. This repair works 50% of the time.
Next we need to pull the furnace out, access the the burner and ignitor probe. Check the Burner condition, if the burner is corrodid or burnt out this is a high hour furnace. It may be repairable but throwing it in the bush and getting a replacment may be more sensible in the long run.
Check the gap between the ignitor and the burner. Check that the ignitor is secure. Check the ignitor throws a spark exactly where it should.

2nd It did not light. Purge LPG system by running the stove or water heater then re-try. Check LPG pressure, gas valve rresistance, And everything above.
