Furnace will not stay lit for more than a couple of seconds. Have tried a different board to no avail, also pulled ignition rod and flame senser and held over a flame and it gives me a voltage, is there anything I am missing that you can help me with

Hi Vince, the most common problems could be - low LP pressure, needs 10.5 - 14 inches water column preferably 11. The exaust has a blockage or nests in the burner chamber or fan areas, the electrode should have 1/8 in gap between the tip and burner and from each other. Be careful not to crack the porcelain if you need to adjust. A faulty sail switch could cause these symptoms if it's dirty/defective (do a continuity check on it) or the motor isn't turning the fan fast enough to trip the switch. Hard to tell from here, but hope this gets you going in the right direction. Good luck
