When I turn the furnace on nothing works I hear a click from the circuit board then 15 seconds later the breaker pops a/c works fine what could cause this

Guessing: The motor is jammed or siezed OR there is a short in the motor or circuit board wiring.

Either way, Remove outer cover, Inspect and take a high pressure air gun andd blow out blower wheel and blow into the exshuast.
Be careful do not spin the motor very fast, overspeeding a good motor will ruin it. Try turning it on.

Still not working: After making sure its shut off, stick a finger in and try turning blower fan. If it moves have someone turn it on.

You can hot wire the motor direct to 12 volt as a final test, if it tests good with the breaker tripping you have a short circuit.

Good Luck
