Post New Message Hi Tom, I believe this is possibly an elevation problem and probably not covered under warranty. Here is the website to find the nearest service center, but call Suburban and talk to one of their techs first. They don't reimburse under warranty unless they approve it. You never know, they may help you out and save you a service call. Have model and serial # of furnace available for them. Your selling dealer may also be of assistance in obtaining service under warranty. Good luck
