Replace lift cable on pop up camper by Alicia
Post New Message Hello, We are prepping for a camping trip. When we went to crank the top up yesterday, the cable snapped. This is the cable that attaches to the cranking mechanism to lift the cover. It runs underneath the camper into a long tube to the back before it loops back up into the tube. We have a 2006 Clipper 896E. We are looking for instruction on how to replace this cable (parts, tools needed and replacement instructions.) Can anyone help? Thanks.
