Post New Message Liquid should never escape.

If the engine is LP fueled a bad Valve will caus this. Usually in this case opening the valve all the way will stop the leak, but this can be dangerous as the if the gland nut that seals the valve stem is turning it could cause a massive LPG fountain.

If we are talking about the a regular supply to the house part of your RV then this tank is dangerously over full.

A new LPG regulator is a fairly cheap and easy repair if that is the only problem. They are less than $50.00 and just require a little care.
