Post New Message Two things from experiance:

1st Grade 8 or high strength bolts are often the wrong choice for this application. They are brittle. Grade 5 Bolts are much more Ductile and a better choice for this high movement and flex application.

2nd Don't over tighten the dang things! (Just a guess) It took me a while to stop this and the comebacks. If your unit uses Nylock or other lock nuts, use new ones and do not over tighten.
