Re: Continue-Coil Voltage/missfiring by Ralph
Post New Message Joe, One test was bypassing the ignition switch which turned out to be a false alarm. The other was connecting battery positive directly to coil +ve. I thought this solved the problem but now I am not so sure as the problem may be intermittent. Does it make sense to run this test again based on the symptoms I am getting and is there a danger of damaging the coil,ECU or any other components in the ignition circuit? Thanks, Ralph.
