I recently bought a 1988 mobile traveler class c motorhome with a 460 engine. It needs the high pressure fuel pump replaced and the mechanic is having trouble finding one. He orders one and keeps telling me that the pump is different than what I need. I am getting frustrated. Any ideas on where to find one?

You probably need a new Mechanic.

The original two pumps are no longer available.

The low pressure in tank pump and in line external high pressure pump are Superseeded and will require adaptation to work. This means re-mounting on new brackets, custom wiring, adapting fittings.

Carter Delphi and Denso all list pumps for you unit.

Good Luck

I just bought MH. The generator runs but I'm not receiving power to anything. Checked the breakers in the electrical box, and made sure they were on. What I was wondering is there a switch to convert the power from the plug to the generator source. For I have looked everywhere that I could think to look at where it might possible be.
