Hydro Flame 7916 II Jack Barr 11-4-13
My furnace (1989) blows a good volume of cold air but won't ignite. Replaced sail switch and limit switch. No help. What should be my next step in troubleshooting. Are PC boards more often
faulty than gas valves?
Thanks for your advice.

Hi Jack, the circuit board is usually the first thing I recommend having tested before changing parts. An RV shop should be able to test the board for you, usually no charge. Gas valves are pretty reliable, although anything is prone to failure. Good luck

Mr Jack,
The pilot may be plugged, not offering enough gas to ignite, Or at least set to low or alternately, to high. The igniter may not be getting hot enough, There might be to much of a breeze flowing past the igniter.
