Hydroflame furance 8525-11 John Morris 10-3-13  
Have a hydro flame 8525-11 furance it will start and run fine for awhile but when it starts to cycle you can here all this Clicking noise then the furance runs halfass and keeps doing this clicking, will runand at times wont shut off unless I turn it off at the themostat, can anyone help me with this problem, cant afford to have a tech come out since I live in it full time, besides they all want at least $100 just to come out, being on ssd I cant afford that. I live in the cold country of Az and with winter comming would like to get this fixec soon lol. Thanks ahead of time sincerely John

Hi John, A few things you can check are that the air return isn't restricted, usually there's some sort of screen in a door where the furnace is located. No filters or blockage should be behind the screen. Also no heat registers should be covered with a rug or furniture or blocked in any way. Possible kinks or blockage in the heat air ducts. Check the outside exhaust tube for bug nests. You'd need a tech to check high LP pressure (over fired) or a bad limit switch. Hope this gets you started. Good luck
