My furnace blower comes on, runs for about a minute, heater lights and runs about 20 seconds and then goes out but the blower keeps running. Help
Re: Furnace BUBBA THE BUS TECH 5-29-13
Some furnaces use the gap in the ignitor probe to detect the flame.

If the gap is to large the control board will not stop sparking and once it has gone through its start up and does not "See" a flame it will shut down.

To repair reduce the gap between the probe and the burner head where it throws the spark too. Be very carefull as the ceramic insulator is very delicate.

It could also be a bad board. Most RV places will teast the board at the counter for NC.

Good Luck
