Sub furnace MDL # SF42Q John Pnderson 11-29-12
My 5 th Wheel is not even a year old Problem is when I set my thermostat & the unit turnes on there is a VIBRATION that is verry noticable inside the trlr. Outside when you remove the htr cover, & look at the motor ( enclosed in a metal frame )I can grab the motor, & SHAKE IT ! This ONLY has been happening the last 2 mos. Before everything was working fine ! Even tightning the screws attached to the frame do not help. Is it possible that some type of rubber spacer fell of the unit ? Help ! any ideas ????

Very common for these furnaces to get a pice odf garbage in the blower wheels and start to vibrate.

There are no filters on return air or combustion air.

You may get lucky and be able to use a compressed air blast to get back to normal, otherwies disassemble, claean, reassemble.
