Hydro Flame 8235 furnace sandra 9-30-12
Hello, and thanks for your time.
I have a 8235 Hydro Flame furnace in my trailer that is not heating. Whne i put on the thermostat I can hear the ignitor clicking but it is not lighting up. I can also see a very tiny flame that goes right out. We thought maybe the gas line was blocked so we blew it out and it seemed to be clear. Checked all fuses and they were fine. All of the wired are secure and tight. I have come to a dead end. When it was working it blew out great hot air, now all i get is cold air. Is there anything else i can do?

Hi Sandra, For starters, check the exhaust tube for a nest/blockage, or there may be a nest of some kind inside the furnace. Have the LP pressure checked for 11 inches water column with all LP appliances running. If that's not obtainable, change the pressure regulator. Good luck

This is the type of furnace that I have in my Park Model trailer. I would like to find out how to get ahold of, or to download a service manual for this furnace.

Thank you

I need to locate a parts cutsheet for this model, or a owners manual. Thank you, Ed
