6300A 6345 converter Jay Olson 10-29-09
Just today my above mentioned converter has started making a loud grinding sound like an old truck trying to turn over. I can shut the right side breaker off and it stops, wait a little while and flip it back on and it will go fine for about 5 or 10 minutes then starts grinding again. I am hooked up to my house outlet at this time and will be moving to an RV park with the 30 amp outage, but what do i need to do to fix the converter? I am clueless to what i need to do. Any advice on what could be wrong and what i need to do? Thank you in advance for any help you could give me. Does it have an area that is suppose to be lubed or is it the fan or what? Need help.
Sincerely,
Jay Olson.
