Wiring diagrams of the type you are looking for are not available. Very few manufacturers can even tell you where they ran the wires, never mind where they hooked what to run what where. 110 v wires usually are run on loosely home rules. 12 volt is what seemed to be a good idea at the time. The furnace will have its own requirements and there should have been a manual in the unit for it. If not try the manufacturer. If you tell us what is happening perhaps we can point you in the right direction. Good Luck
