Norcold pat 10-16-09  
We bought a 2008 nu wa rv, has a norcold double fridge serial # 10803164...model # 1210.
rv is 1 year old. no trouble till now...
it use to defrost on the coils every 2 to 4 days when some frost built uo on them in the frige, and it just quit defrosting. its not because the doors aren't sealed good. because it should still defrost some... now it has started freezing all my food.. it is on the lowest setting of 1.... i tried it on gas and electric both... still did the same. so i turn off for a few hours to let it drfrost some. and keep stuff from freezing.

what is the problem...????

Hi Pat, Just a guess without being there to see it would be a circuit board problem. Give Norcold Tech Service at call 1 800 444 7210. Good luck

No fault code. electronic panel, is showing ok. comes on fine. runs fine. just don't defrost, and now is freezing on setting of 1. the lowest...
