Duo therm thermostat michael 10-11-09
I have a Duo-Therm Comfort Control Center part No. 3106463.007 After I turned on the furnace, the furnace stopped after about 1 minute. Now when I try to select furnace to start again, the furnace mode will not appear with the mode selector. I tried several times and now neither the furnace or the heat strip mode will appear when the mode selector is used. The only choices that appear now are fan, and air conditioning. Do you have any trouble shooting advice?

Don't know if this will help; but I have a similar problem and in researching it found a reset procedure tor the 5-button Comfort Control Center. Turn the switch to OFF. While holding the MODE and ZONE buttons depressed, switch the unit ON. You should see FF in the display and upon releasing the buttons it should disappear meaning the unit has been reprogrammed.

Hope this helps.
