Our duo therm dometic furnace was working and now not coming on or turning off now. the batteries in the remote seem fine but no beep when pushing the on/off button. also nothing happens when pushing the buttons on the receiver. the cool and furnace lights are still on and wont go off. what is wrong.

Same scenario for me. I removed the wall mounted receiver and unplugged the wire (What looks like a phone line). Now the lights are off but the buttons- either cool or heat- do not work and neither the remote. Does anyone have any suggestions? I am a full timer and unable to get to a dealer anytime soon. Thank you.

You need to contact Dometic Tech Service for help. Gets complicated and they will probably want you to go to a service center and have the center contact them. 1 800 544 4881 good luck William
