Duo-Therm heater not working Lance 9-19-09  
I have a Duo-Therm heater that lights as long as the fan in the heater is blowing. When the fan is turned off the flaim dies. I try and light the heater with out the fan going and it wont light.
I feel it is the intake air flow. can you help?

Wow, without a model # I dont have a clue. But are you talking about the pilot light, I don't know. Good Luck

Pilot will not stay lite when heater shuts off. it is a duo-therm glen aire model 18r. can you help? thank you in advance john wilson

When trying to light the heater the pilot light will not stay lite,it just surges.The model # 16 MHU.
