Inline 6 swap into a 83 S10?	Bo	8-24-09
I have a 83 Chevy S10 Extra cab with a 2.8 V6 and 700R4 auto. Does any body know what it would take to swap in a chevy inline 6 (like a 250). If its possible and what i would need to do it. I know a V8 swap is easy but i really want to go with a inline 6. Any help would be GREAT.... THANKS

Crawl under the S10 and measure from the bell housing untill forward until you get to the same length as the 250. Even though the inline 6 runs realy sweet this measurement is why no one has done this swap. A small block is a pain. The six is noticably longer. Good Luck
