Hello Tommy I think; what you are asking is the "T" handle valve at the bottom left side of your water Heater, they are replaceabl, more than likely there is some lime build-up in the tank and the valve is leaking By. rv dealers sell them--not that expensive---some with Anode included are about $20.oo use Teflon tape on the threads- rich in Va.
