There is no such diagram. Sorry. Two things to check quick and easy. Both Norcold and Dometic have versions of the high humidity or climate switch. It controls a heating elemnt under the door gasket for the freezer to keep it plyable and prevent frosting. If you are living on your batteries this absolutely must be off as it draws an insane amount of power. Most Norcolds generally have it on the front panel as part of the main controls. The Dometic has it above the freezer door on the bottom of the control panel in a spot the freezer door must be opened to see it. Second how long do you charge your batteries? RV house batteries take a long time to charge because of the way they are built. A really dead battery should be charged by the unit converter for a week, yes a week. Anything less than three days from dead just puts a surface charge on and thats useless when it comes time to camp. Good Luck and I hope this helps
