Dometic 2652. Heat exchanger gets hot but no cooling or freezing. Low on refrigerant????

RM or DM2652 amonia abosorption fridge. The amonia refrigerant operates under several hunderd PSI pressure and is very toxic. They are only repaired by specially trained people in shops equiped so no one dies when the odd cooling unit explodes. If the "heat exchanger" is hot and the fridge is not cooling the cooling unit has failed. You need to find a local repair shop or buy a replacement cooling unit or fridge. Good Luck
