From the outside, remove the cover to get access to the rear of the refrig. put the refrig on lpg and let it light. on the right side of the refrig where the fire is look and see if you see and yellowish coloring. if so this means the amonia unit is leaking and most likely empty. if no yellow exists you might try smelling by the flame area and see if you can smell amonia. don't get real close because amonia is strong. these amonia units are available seperate from the refrig and can be replaced. cost is usually between $400 and $500. let me know if i can be of futher help. |
