Some of the chasiss VIN # is set by the government, some of it describes engine and other equipment on the unit. Contact the manufacturer of your chasis for the breakdown of the VIN. If you can't determine who built your chasiss as a local repair shop to run it through their computer or post it here (all 17 numbers) and I will try.
