Mor flo water heater purchased from Home Depot CARMEN WILSON 7-22-09

Model # E52-40R-038DV

Project # 0822141

I came home from work and the driveway and halfway down the street was flowing with water from my hot water heater - it malfunctioned on 07/21/2009.

Is this hot water heater only warranteed for 5 years ? I've purchased hot water heaters before and they've lasted longer than this. I really don't get this - there was no warning and I am unable to purchase another one.

What do you recommend that I do ? Do you offer any assistance in purchasing a new one ? Are there any discounts available to purchase another Mor Flo hot water heater ?

OK it sounds like a premature failure. They have several lawsuits against them listed on google, interesting reading if you are into that kind of thing. Take your complaint direct to MOR FLO and Wlly world/home depot/ or who ever you bought it from Good Luck
