I HAVE AN ONAN 6500 WATT EMERALD III. THE PROBLEM I'M HAVING IS YOU NEED TO BYPASS THE START BUTTON TO START IT.I THINK THE CONTROL BOARD IS SHOT. IT ONLY HAS 1 FUSE AND IT'S LOCATED ON THE CIRCUIT BOARD.IT STARTS FINE THIS WAY.THE BIGGER PROBLEM IS IT RUNS AT WIDE OPEN THROTTLE EVEN WHEN I DISCONNECT THE GOVERNOR SPRING.IF I DISCONNECT THE GOVERNOR COMPLETELY IT IDLES FINE.I TRIED PUTTING A SMALL LOAD ON IT(A TABLE SAW)BUT THAT DIDN'T HELP.IT IS CURRENTLY ON A CART BUT NEEDS TO GO BACK IN RV.PLEASE HELP.
