I have a 2003 winnabago, with a roof top colman 8335 unit. I have replaced the motor, and the capacitator on it. and it still has the problem of, when i turn it on, it just hummes, i can start it by going on top and gently spin the fan, and it starts running and runs perfectly, but when i shut it of, i have to do the same process all over again. what can it be and what else do i need to do.

The capacitor is backwards or a bad capacitor---or you were sold the wrong one
