I have a Kohler 6.5 Esz generator. My problem is the generator will run as long as I hold the start button. As soon as I release the start button it dies. Any answers? Thanks

My generator is a 5ckm21-rv kohler generator, not the one above....it will run for a few minutes and then shut off, then after a few minutes you can start it for a few again. Is this a gravity flow to the fuel pump? I have a full tank of gas
